SALES POLICY

By placing an order through EmpowerWear’s online store, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices are displayed in the local currency of the country from which the purchase is made and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.
• Once payment is confirmed, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• After processing is complete, the order will be shipped and the customer will receive the corresponding tracking information.
• Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, manufacturing defects, or shipping errors, provided that the item has not been worn and retains its original tags.
• We do not offer refunds. If applicable, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
• EmpowerWear reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment discrepancies or incorrect information.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times begin once the order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

● Colombia: 2 to 5 business days
● Mexico: 5 to 10 business days
● United States: 5 to 10 business days
● Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, destination location, or circumstances beyond EmpowerWear’s control.
● Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before checkout, based on the destination country.
